Our mission is to help our clients, by providing the necessary opportunities to exceed their revenue goal. With the ever-increasing demand for client acquisition, technology, software and consulting firms rely on CLP by connecting them to qualified decision makers. Over the past 10 years, the demand for our services continues to increase, and we are looking to expand our Business Development Team.

CLP is seeking entrepreneurial, high-energy, motivated, driven individuals to join our sales team as a Business Development Representative. This exciting and critical role will deliver the sales opportunities vital to support our client’s business objectives. Compensation for this role consists of base salary plus uncapped commission incentives.

Position Responsibilities

  • Setting meetings with B2B Target Executives of key accounts in North America
  • Researching and identifying new prospects
  • Analyzing business performance
  • Cold calling prospects
  • Providing detailed and accurate information to assigned Sales Executives
  • Maintaining and scheduling meetings within the Salesforce database

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • 1+ years of inside sales experience preferred
  • Experience in cold calling
  • Deep understanding and ability to articulate client’s value proposition
  • Coachable, able to follow a proven and repeatable sales methodology
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals consistently
  • Able to comfortably communicate by telephone and by video conference
  • Self-motivated individual with a desire to succeed
  • Ability to think and respond quickly under pressure
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Salesforce CRM experience preferred
  • A high degree of personal integrity

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $40,000 annually
  • Monthly Performance Bonus: $2,500–$3,500 contingent upon meeting baseline KPIs
  • This brings total On-Target Earnings (OTE) to a minimum of $75,000–$85,000 annually
  • Top Performer Potential: For those who exceed expectations and match the performance level of our top earners, monthly bonus can increase to $4,000–$8,000, significantly boosting overall compensation from $88,000 to over $100,000

Hours of Operation

This is a full-time position with the following schedule:

  • Monday through Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (with a 2-hour lunch break)
  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with a 1-hour lunch break)
